What it is
How the hair transplant is planned.
A hair transplant is not a treatment you book on impulse. The consultation exists to establish whether you are a candidate at all, what density is realistic for your donor area, and whether medical or regenerative work should come first.
There are two ways to do it with us. The Ideal of MeD transplant at 6 800 EUR covers the procedure in Istanbul with hotel, transfers and hosting included. The Age Back Hair Transplant Package at 16 500 EUR includes that same transplant plus a full year of aftercare at the clinic in Stockholm, so the result is supported long after you fly home.
Either package can be done shave-free for an additional 2 500 EUR, which means the recipient area is not shaved down before the procedure.

- Is the consultation really free?
- Yes. It is complimentary whether or not you go ahead, and we will tell you if you are not a good candidate.
- How soon can I be seen?
- We keep a minimum of twelve hours between a request and an appointment. Outside normal hours, choose other time and we will call to arrange an evening or weekend.
- Why Istanbul?
- Volume and specialisation. Ideal of MeD performs this procedure at a standard and price that is not matched in Sweden.
- What is the difference between the two packages?
- The 6 800 EUR package is the Ideal of MeD transplant in Istanbul with hotel, transfers and hosting included. The 16 500 EUR Age Back package includes that same transplant plus a full year of aftercare at our Stockholm clinic.
- What does shave-free mean and what does it cost?
- Shave-free means the recipient area is not shaved down before the procedure, so the result is far less visible while it heals. It is 2 500 EUR on top of either package.
- What if I do not know which package I want yet?
- Choose not sure yet when you request the consultation. We will go through both options with you before anything is booked.
- What about aftercare?
- Your follow-up is in Stockholm with us, so you are not left managing recovery from abroad.
