Consultation for PRP/PRF treatment

Before your first PRP/PRF treatment, you need to book a consultation at least 48 hours in advance. This is a statutory requirement that gives you time to review the information and make an informed decision.

For repeat treatments of the same type within six months, a new reflection period is generally not required.

What it is

What PRP and PRF actually are.

A small blood draw is spun in a centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich fraction. PRP is the liquid concentrate. PRF is the slower spin that leaves a fibrin matrix, which releases growth factors over a longer window rather than all at once.

Placed into the scalp it targets follicles that are thinning but still alive. Placed into the skin it drives collagen remodelling. Both work with your own material, which is why the response is gradual rather than immediate.
