Hyperbaric oxygen therapy in central Stockholm. Seven first-class seats across two medical-grade chambers, 2.0 ATA of pressure and 93% (±3%) oxygen by individual mask. A cabin you sit in like a lounge, not a tube you lie down in.
New guests: first session comes with a personal mask and a 5 min NASA red light pre-treatment (1 250 SEK value).

How hyperbaric oxygen works at 2.0 ATA
At 2.0 ATA, your plasma carries many times more dissolved oxygen than it can at sea level. That oxygen reaches tissue that normal breathing cannot saturate.
HBOT is used worldwide to support recovery, circulation, and cellular energy production. Athletes use it between training blocks. Longevity protocols build around it.
That is the short version, and it is not why you should come to us. Plenty of places offer something they call HBOT. What matters is how it is done. That is the rest of this page.

HBOT elsewhere is a tube.
Here it is first class.
- ·A narrow acrylic tube or soft-shell bag you lie flat in
- ·Often 1.3 to 1.5 ATA, below the pressure most clinical protocols are built on
- ·Oxygen mixed into the chamber air, purity varies
- ·Alone, sealed in, staring at a ceiling for an hour
- ·One chamber, one booking slot, long waitlists
- →A seated cabin with electronically adjustable leather recliners
- →Full 2.0 ATA treatment pressure in a certified hard shell (solid steel) vessel
- →93% (±3%) oxygen through your own individual mask
- →Panoramic acrylic dome, ambient light, climate control, room to move
- →Seven seats across two chambers

Our hyperbaric chamber, co-developed from the ground up
We did not order our chambers from a catalog. We co-developed them from the ground up: an omega-shaped, medical-grade pressure vessel you will not recognize from any other clinic, because it exists nowhere else like this.
The omega form is not styling. It distributes pressure evenly around the cabin, opens up the interior, and makes room for four people to sit comfortably without feeling enclosed.
CE-certified pressure vessel. Automated safety interlocks. Live oxygen monitoring logged in real time. Engineered like a medical device, experienced like a lounge.
What a 65-minute HBOT session looks like
Every HBOT session follows a controlled pressure profile: about 10 minutes of compression, 45 minutes at 2.0 ATA, 10 minutes back to sea level. An operator watches every reading live.
Compression
The cabin pressurizes gently while you settle in. You equalize your ears the same way you would on a flight. An operator watches every reading live.
Treatment at depth
You breathe 93% (±3%) oxygen through your own mask at 2.0 ATA. Read, rest, talk, or close your eyes. Recline controls are at your fingertips.
Decompression
Pressure returns to sea level in controlled steps. You walk out and carry on with your day. The 95-minute session extends time at depth.
Treatments that stack with hyperbaric oxygen
HBOT is the core of the park, not the whole of it. NASA red light, HIFEM body and face treatments, PRP/PRF and IV drips all run under the same roof, so a single visit can combine them.
NASA-Grade Infrared
Near-infrared light therapy built on wavelengths 880 nm originally researched by NASA for mitochondria and 660 nm for skin and hair. Paired with HBOT, you combine elevated oxygen delivery with light-stimulated cellular energy production in a single visit.
HIFEM
High-intensity focused electromagnetic technology triggers thousands of supramaximal muscle contractions. Scheduled around your chamber time, oxygen-rich blood supports the recovery the stimulus demands.
HBOT at 2.0 ATA
The anchor of every protocol. Book it alone, or let our team sequence it with infrared and HIFEM into a single extended visit designed around your goal.
Inside the oxygen park: seven seats, two chambers
The oxygen park holds three private two-person chambers and one group chamber seating five. Come alone, book a chamber with a partner, or bring your team. This is capacity no single-tube clinic can match, which also means appointments when you actually want them.

HBOT safety, down to the last sensor
CE-certified pressure vessel
Engineered and certified to 2014/68/EU PED standards, with ASME and ISO compliance through the manufacturing chain.
Live oxygen monitoring
Oxygen concentration, pressure, temperature, and humidity are sampled continuously and logged for every session.
Automatic O₂ switchover
Onboard monitoring triggers an automatic switch between oxygen and ambient air the moment a reading falls out of range.
Exits inside and out
The door releases from inside the cabin and from outside. Two-way intercom and a continuous camera feed keep you in contact throughout.

HBOT protocols: 10, 25 or 40 sessions
The clinical research behind HBOT is built on series, not single visits. Most published protocols run 25 to 40 sessions over consecutive weeks. We structure yours the same way: a fixed series, scheduled with our team, at the standard session rate. Simple math, no prepay games.
| 65 min + 5 min NASA RL per session | 50 000 SEK |
| 95 min + 5 min NASA RL per session | 70 000 SEK |

HBOT questions, answered before your first session
What does a session feel like?+
During compression you feel pressure in your ears, similar to a descending flight, and you equalize the same way. At depth, nothing dramatic: you sit in a recliner, breathe through a mask, and relax. Most guests read or rest.
What is included in my first session?+
Your first visit includes a personal mask (worth 750 SEK) to keep, plus a 5 minute NASA red light pre-treatment (worth 500 SEK). The mask is yours for every future session.
What should I wear?+
Comfortable cotton clothing. We will guide you through everything else when you arrive, including a short safety briefing before your first session.
Is HBOT right for me?+
Most healthy adults tolerate HBOT well, but certain conditions require caution or make treatment unsuitable. Before your first session we run through a short health screening, and our staff will answer any questions. If you are under medical care, speak with your physician first.
How many sessions do I need?+
It depends on your goal. Some guests book single sessions around training or travel. Structured protocols typically involve a series of 10, 25, or 40 sessions. Our team will help you plan when you visit.
Can I come with someone?+
Yes. Our private chambers seat two, and the group chamber seats five. Sharing a session is one of the things a tube can never offer.
