What it is
What Emsculpt Neo does that training cannot.
High-intensity focused electromagnetic energy forces muscle contractions deeper and more completely than voluntary effort can. Radiofrequency raises tissue temperature at the same time, which is what addresses the fat layer sitting over the muscle.
It is not a replacement for training. It is a way to load muscle groups that are hard to isolate, and to hold that work through injury, travel or a period where the gym is not realistic.
- Abdomen, glutes, arms, calves and thighs
- Lie still, nothing to hold or lift
- Protocols of four or eight sessions
- Two sessions a week is the usual rhythm

Questions
Emsculpt Neo questions, before your first protocol.
- What does it feel like?
- Intense but not painful. The muscle contracts far harder than you could make it, then releases. Most people describe it as a strange but manageable workout.
- Will I be sore?
- Some mild soreness the next day, similar to a good session in the gym. Nothing that stops you training.
- How soon do I see a change?
- Most people notice something after the fourth session, with the clearest change a few weeks after the protocol finishes.
- Can I still train normally?
- Yes, and you should. It works best alongside training, not instead of it.
