What happens in the call
We start with where you are now: sleep, energy, recovery, training, past treatments and anything a doctor has told you.
Then we walk through the full suite, from hyperbaric oxygen and red light to HIFEM, IV drips and the regenerative work in Istanbul, and explain how each may fit your goals and your week. This conversation is guidance, not medical advice.
If it feels right, the next step is usually a trial treatment before committing to a protocol, or a consultation with a doctor to discuss the medical side.
You leave with a suggested plan and an honest view of what it costs and how long it takes. Nothing is charged online and nothing is booked until you say so.
